It’s ok to change your mind. We understand that sometimes you may need to return your items due sizing or style not suiting you. No problem! We have our returns policy that allows you to get a full refund for any products that you’re not happy with.

If you are not completely satisfied with your new pants, please return to us in the original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will replace them where possible or refund your purchase price via your original payment method.

If you are sending your parcel back to us, please send it via Australia Post’s tracked Regular Parcel Post Satchel service. Mack’s Pants are not liable for returns lost in the mail or in lost in transit.

We can reimburse you the cost of the return delivery if you place your postage receipt in the parcel with your returned garment. We will reimburse the returns postage cost to you via your original payment method.
