Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. So, if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange in accordance with our Return Policy:

  • Returned items may be eligible for a full refund or exchange
  • Refund of change of mind are not available on sale items
  • If you  change your mind, sale items can only be returned for exchange
  • If any item is deemed faulty, Mack’s Pants will offer to repair, replace or refund the value of item
  • Items are purchased within the last 30 days
  • Items must  in its original condition with all tags intact and meet the criteria of our ‘Return Conditions
  • The cost of return postage back to us is the customer’s responsibility unless the goods were deemed faulty

Return Conditions:

All returns are subject to the following conditions, except in the case of faulty items which may be returned in accordance with ‘Faulty Item’.

  • The purchase must be made within 30 days
  • The returned items must be accompanied with valid proof of purchase
  • The items are unworn and in saleable condition
  • The items have not been altered, washed, dry cleaned or damaged while with you
  • The swing tag and any other applicable packaging is still attached

We reserve the right to decline an item for a refund or exchange if:

  • The return was made after 30 days
  • The products are marked, damaged or show signs of wear
  • The products are not returned in their original condition
  • If your order included a delivery charge, only the cost of the product returned will be refunded unless the goods were deemed faulty. Please see more about faulty goods below.

Refunds Conditions:

  • Refunds can only be returned to the original payment method
  • Refunds are available on full priced items only

Refunds Process:

To return products, please download our returns form here: Mack’s Pants Returns Form. The return address is printed on the form.

As it is your responsibility to ensure the items arrive safely at our return address, please ensure you use a traceable method such as registered or express post. Please make sure to keep your return tracking number as our team may ask for this if you need to enquire  about your return.

Once returns are received, our team will determine whether the product is eligible for a refund. When it is approved, our team will send you an email to let you know that the refund has been processed. Please allow 1-7 business days (this may vary depending on your financial institution) for the funds to appear in your account. The refund will be credited back to you via your original payment method.

Sale Returns:

  • Sale items can only be returned for exchange
  • All sale items must be in the original condition and meet the criteria of our ‘Return Conditions’
  • It is considered a “sale” item when marked at discounted price, purchase during temporary promotion period, or purchased using a coupon

Faulty Items:

Mack’s Pants Return Policy includes the rights you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you have received faulty goods, and the purchase was made within the 30-day return period please download our return form here.

If your product has faults after they have been worn, please contact out team via email at [email protected]. We may request photos of the fault claim prior to approving the return. If the product is found to be faulty, Mack’s Pants will replace or refund your order where appropriate.
